GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We at the seven colors ensure the trust of our customer s on us. We offer fully and 100 % refund amount on return of online purchases through our website.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

For each individual shipment, Supplier has to send a detailed shipping notice, separately from goods and invoice, on the day of shipment. The delivery has to be accompanied by a delivery slip and shipping list. In case of shipment by boat, the name of the shipping line and of the vessel has to be shown on the shipping documents and the invoice. Supplier has to select those means of transportation which are most favorable and best suited for Buyer. In all shipping notices, delivery slips, shipping lists, freight documents, invoices, on the exterior packaging etc., the order symbols and data on the place of unloading as prescribed by Buyer have to be indicated in full.

REFUND POLICY

 We offer complete refund of the order value within 7 working days of return.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within Always 3 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched without any extra costs. Customer has to write us within 24 hrs. No cancellation will be made beyond that. EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

Bulk Orders

All the orders having value more than INR 15,000 comes under bulk order category. For bulk orders above return & refund policies are not applicable. Bulk orders are not refundable in any scenario, only defective items or damaged items individually can be replaced. Bulk orders may take some extra time to ship depending on the volume. The delivery time will be confirmed by our team at the time of order confirmation.
