Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Do your products come with a warranty? 

Yes! All our products come with a manufacturing defect warranty. Canvas paintings and frames have a 6-month warranty, neon lights have a 1-year warranty, and LED products have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at thesevencoloursindia@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup within 2-3 business days.

When will I receive my refund after returning a product?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Are custom-made or personalized products returnable? 

Custom-made products like personalized name plates, custom neon signs, and customized wallpapers cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's a manufacturing defect or error from our side. Please review your customization details carefully before ordering.
